Adnan Khan (Ed.D, BCBA)

I empower people with skill sets and tools that enable them to design and live flourishing lives. I do this through conducting workshops in a range of psychological techniques/therapies. I also provide therapeutic services working with clients in a clinical setting. I have worked with clients in therapeutic settings for over ten years and have been involved in professional training since the last fifteen years.

I am the Founding Director of the Elation Institute. A professional skills development firm that empowers people in five key areas: Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Social Intelligence and persuasion psychology. At the Elation Institute, we run a  Leadership Diploma programme, Professional Certificates courses and intensive Workshops in our five core areas of expertise.

I conduct one to one therapy with clients at my private practice. I work with people suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder, sexual disorders and substance abuse disorders.

I train practitioners in the healthcare industry in different therapeutic techniques including but not limited to conducting   workshops in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Autism, Motivational Interviewing, RBT, Positive Behaviour Support and Trauma Informed care.
